Link http://www.mysql.com/doc/B/a/Backup.html leads to nowhere. The correct one should be http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql-enterprise-backup/3.6/en/mysqlbackup.tasks.html (for a particular version). Maybe it would be better to point to some other site's guide (or perhaps, how is bugzilla supported on MariaDB?). Obviously, PostgreSQL being what they are they batter structure of the website, so their link is still valid.
Let's use the wiki itself to coordinate content-related issues.
