Steps to reproduce:
Starting point: Fx 10.0, some language packs are installed and work well fine
End point: 10.0.1
Actual results:
All language packs get automatically disabled due to lack of compatibility with
new Fx version. Please note an update to next minor version was performed.
Expected results:
I do not see any reason why Fx version minor version update needs
to invalidate language packs. Fixing it generates annoying efforts.
Time resource are stolen from user's production time.
