Details

When a menu is open (any menu, even the "right click on back button" menu), you
have to close it (or click twice on link) if you want to click on a link! I
think it should be fixed...
This is as-designed, probably for two reasons.  The first is that it reduces the 
chance of accidentally opening a link when the user really means to just click 
somewhere to dismiss the menu.  The second reason is that it makes our menus 
work.
