Details

SeaMonkey wishes to merge my user-repo copy of build-tools down to the official copy in order to get our items in MXR mostly. We still plan to use the user-repo so that incompat changes in official build-tools can have padding before there is action required.

The relevent changes that are in shared files are:

http://hg.mozilla.org/users/Callek_gmail.com/tools/diff/895669bfc947/release/update-verify-bump.pl
http://hg.mozilla.org/users/Callek_gmail.com/tools/diff/101938e5c70f/release/update-verify-bump.pl
http://hg.mozilla.org/users/Callek_gmail.com/tools/rev/82fb33249093

There are additional changes in seamonkey-only files and tags though, but none of that affects Firefox

I am attaching a dummy file for official review (since the hg diff is much easier)

Probably not going to happen given that it's been over 3 years?

1) apparantly I never attached a "dummy file for offiical review"
2) I thought I was waiting on official review here for all 3 years.

Given that I no longer care enough to pursue this, WONTFIX
