-Open about:support
-Check that the page tells that IGC is enabled at the bottom of the page (1)
-Open the options menu
-Refresh the about:support page

Result:
IGC is now disabled (0).

Expected result:
IGC should stay enabled (1).

I could reproduce this issue on the following build:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:13.0) Gecko/20120311 Firefox/13.0a1

I cannot reproduce this any longer with the landing of 728686, the bug should be closed now.
