When setting browser.cache.disk.parent_directory to a non-exist directory, Firefox used to fallback to userprofile as default.

A few week ago, it will crash, that is fixed in Bug 716289, but now, with invalid cache folder, Firefox just give-up disk cache and the user won't even know it's been disabled unless he check about:cache.

This is a regression and should be fixed or at least warning users they get something wrong.
