STR:
1. Load http://www.azoffdesign.com/overscroll
2. Wait for the "Click + Drag" message to load.
3. Click and shake the map, then try to drag it out of "iThing" frame.
AR:
On Nightly 13.0a1 (2012-02-21), the map image will tear and escape the "iThing" frame.
ER:
On Aurora 12.0a2 (2012-02-21), Chrome 17, and Safari 5.1.2, the map image stays within the frame.
This appears to be a regression because Aurora 12.0a2 (2012-02-21) works correctly.

I believe this bug was injected in Nightly build 13.0a1 (2012-02-17). The previous build, Nightly build 13.0a1 (2012-02-16), does not exhibit the image dragging problem.
