Steps to reproduce:

* tvb.com is a site for a local television station. Therefore you may need an IP from Hong Kong in order to watch the videos and verify the bug. *

This issue does not occur in Chrome17.0.963.56m, which has the security fixes included. I do not see the issue neither if I disable Chrome's built-in flash and use the one Adobe provides. IE9.0.8112.16421 with the latest flash player does not have this issue.

STR:
1. Install Flash Player 11.1.102.62 or 10.3.183.15. [1]
2. Using Nightly, visit http://mytv.tvb.com/programme?lang=en-hk and click on any video. (Videos expire after few days so I do not provide a direct link to a video)


Actual results:

A blue warning sign appears and shows "Failed to connect to the server, please try again."


Expected results:

Video should load.

The regression range is
Last good nightly: 2011-09-14
First bad nightly: 2011-09-15

If I install the previous flash player version, i.e. 11.1.102.55 or 10.3.183.11, I can load the videos successfully in latest Nightly.

FWIW, I was able to reproduce using http://programme.tvb.com/drama/thekilling/video/141396/127194 with a german IP (against Trunk + Flash 11.2.202.197).

The problem is gone today. Tested with Firefox 11 and latest Nightly with Flash Player 11.1.102.63. I guess the site had fixed the problem.
