SeaMonkey's tabbrowser doesn't set document.title because contenttitlesetting doesn't (see nsContentTreeOwner::SetTitle). Bug 710978 will fix that, but also breaking SeaMonkey's tabbrowser, but then fixing that will fix this bug too.
