This is probably a duplicate- but on most webpages with animated gifs, they are drawn way too fast. the above url is just an example. It would be nice for them to display better
could be a dupe of 68104, 35819, 71829
The particular gif in question has a delay of 0ms set between frames. Meaning "animate as fast as you darned can". IE does not do this -- this is a bug in IE. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 68104 ***
