Go to http://howfuckedisthet.com/ . Rotate the phone to landscape. Note that the bottom bar (with the author info etc) covers the middle of the screen. The works correctly for me on XUL Fennec.

This isn't the same as bug 720364 at all. That bug is about a visible reflow happening, this bug is about the rendering being permanently wrong in a totally different and not zoom-related way.

This looks to be a readability bug similar to bug 706193. Setting the font size to tiny helps.
