can you please have a read of https://wiki.mozilla.org/BMO/Requesting_Changes#Flags and provide the missing information.
if you'd like this to be a clone of the current "approval-mozilla-beta" flag, but with only the name and description changed (which i _think_ is what you're after), just let us know that, and we can copy the missing information from the existing flag.

Thanks for letting me know the proper request procedure, and you are right that this is just a clone of the current "approval-mozilla-beta" flag but with name and description s/beta/esr10
done.
