Android on esr10 is busted, no doubt by branding since that always seems to be the problem

Adding jmaher to the bug as well.
Yeah, we'll have to add info to the test factories / sut_tools to say that esr10 has release branding.
That sounds like more than just the usual panicked branding patch, so they're hidden in tbpl now.
In order for this to work, we have to change http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-esr10/file/333283a853f0/mobile/config/mozconfigs/android/nightly to have official branding. Otherwise, this patch can s,firefox,firefox_beta, and it'll work with the mozconfig the way it is. I don't have a strong preference, but a mismatch will be a perma-{orange,red}.

I still need to update the esr10 android mozconfig to use official branding. I'll probably get to this in my massive mozconfig change for release-sanity fixing.
