Setup a YUM repository for our RPMs so that we can easily install them on the Mozilla VMs, the Rackspace Hosts, and the EC2 machines. Ideally the repository is public so that it is also super easy to setup a new test or staging env from it, which will likely run on people's local machines.

Done, it's not in its final location, with DNS and all, but it's up and running here:
