Opening this bug to track the Q2 project of creating a rich content subsite off of mozilla.org/firefox for permanently archiving email newsletters. This will be very helpful for the /firefox site's content strategy and overall user experience.

This phase will be for en-US, but we will be tackling a solution for the locales in Q3 and beyond.

Design:
*we will work within the new /firefox templates, but might need to pull in some design resources

Development:
*we will work with the /firefox website team to stand up newsletters after they've been deployed and create an ongoing workflow

*we will work with the /firefox PMMs to link over to this content where/when it makes sense from the main site

Deliverables:
Q2
* English Archive live with past newsletters (as of today there are 24 EN newsletters to be archived (3-2010, 16-2011, 5-2012)
* Archive infrastructure ability for Jess to easily add new English newsletters

Q3
* Localized Archives launched with past newsletters
* Archive infrastructure for each locale has ability for Jess to add new newsletters


Requirements:
* Ability for Jess to add new newsletters each month (1-2 in English, 1 for each locale - currently 4 locales, end of year will be 14)
* Ability to create one-off pages for individual article sharing
* Ability to edit meta-data for proper social sharing information display
