Steps to reproduce:

Type something in the URL bar.


Actual results:

Only URLs I've typed benefit from inline autocomplete.


Expected results:

Bookmarked URLs should also benefit from inline autocomplete.

So this bug is about what should happen if browser.urlbar.autoFill is true?

It's more likely he means what should happen by default, as it is now by default we suggest typed data, unless browser.urlbar.autoFill.typed is false.
So it's asking for a browser.urlbar.autoFill.bookmarked preference, true by default.
browser.urlbar.autoFill alone will always suggest anything.

Yes, I think it's normal that the browser doesn't autocomplete all URLs, but bookmarked URLs should be autocompleted as typed ones.

If you have typed URLs that are bookmarked and you clear history, they will always be autocompleted. Make sense to have all bookmarks autocompleted by default.

I don't think we want this.
The point of _inline_ autocomplete to help you type faster things that you typed before.
We're not going to enable this just to help people that clear history all the time.

Guillaume, stop cc'ing everyone to your pet bugs. You're wasting people's time.
