Details

We have ipc/chromium/src/base/scoped_cftyperef.h, but it'd be nice to have something in MFBT directly. Would help with bugs like 711573. Would clean up a lot of existing code, judging by grepping for CFRelease. Bonus points for implementing Windows-specific Scoped templates (see associated headers in the aforementioned directory).
