732520 - Intermittent startup crash (when initializing gecko thread?)

Sometimes, but not always, Fennec opens up but crashes shortly thereafter, seemingly when initializing the Gecko thread.

I'm pessimistically marking this as a maple-specific bug, but it might not be.

I haven't managed to reproduce this in a debugger yet, but I'm going to try to now.

I have only seen this on broken builds.

I've only seen this on broken dev builds ie my dev on Mac.  I've always thought it was an issue with my mozconfig and kinda gave up building it on Mac since I already have it working in my Linux VM
