732557 - kumascript: Move git repo from lmorchard/kumascript to mozilla/kumascript

Description

kumascript started as an experiment. Looks like it will graduate to real use soon, so before any real deployment it needs to move from lmorchard/kumascript to mozilla/kumascript

So, that needs doing on github, and the .gitmodules in mozilla/kuma will need to be updated with the changed repository URL.

Also, everyone (including stage update scripts) will need to do a `git submodule sync` to follow the change in URL.

Oh yeah, and jsocol or someone will probably need pinging to set up the proper admins on the proposed new mozilla group repo.
