The UA used for the URL redirectors (like twitter's t.co) needs to be updated to match the current default UA. Ideally, we should check to see if we even need it anymore, now that we have changed our UA. Both UA's in App.java.in should be checked.

Uses GeckoAppShell.isTablet to mimic the necko UA. Uses a bot-like UA for t.co so we know we don't need something fennec-like for that case.
