Details

Right now evolution shows 5-25, 25-75 and 75-95, but it would be nice to be able to see all the data. In cases of cycle collector, I'd like to know whether the worst times are going down.
There's so much noisy crap in telemetry data, I don't think you want the 0'th and the 100'th percentiles. Maybe 99th, or 99.9th...
ah, true. 99 would be probably ok.
Before adding this, we need to see if it's worth it. The way we're doing the buckets on the client side I don't think we'll have enough granularity to distinguish 95% -> 99%
