Thunderbird ESR builds were broken by bug 481815, unfortunately due to a broken tbpl model, I didn't spot this until now. The patch I'm attaching had rs=kheuy to fix the original bustage at the time of landing. It is a simple directory change which is build-config only, has already been landed for quite a while, so should be zero risk to Firefox. As the fix has already been landed elsewhere, this only affects/needs to land on esr10.
