Steps to reproduce:

If I open mail.google.com, the down arrow scroll button is mixed with the resize button and so I am unable to use it to scroll down the page one line at a time. 
This does no happen when on other web sites that I have experienced.


Actual results:

Clicking on the down arrow button causes the resize function (diagonal two-tipped arrow) to appear.




Expected results:

should scroll down the page.

I can still reproduce the problem with attachment 603932 [details] and attachment 603934 [details] as well as gmail.

You should test on Windows XP sp1 luna.

I am currently running release 22.0 on Fedora 18.
I do not see this behavior anymore.
