From the SUMO forum https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/908599 Screencast of the issue http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PfABP0u1POs I tested clicking the download 480p link on OS X, with Firefox 10, latest Safari, Chrome and Opera. Only using Safari did the QuickTime app open and download the video. I tested clicking the download 480p link on Windows 7, with Fireofox 10, IE 9 and latest Chrome and all three open the QuickTime player and the video downloads as expected.
