As requested here: https://github.com/mozilla/addon-sdk/pull/347#r536766 and probably using one of those examples, we should add a tutorial explaining how to use window-utils to modify the browser UI.

We probably shouldn't do this now as with e10s this will all change, and we will probably no longer use much of windows/utils in the near future.
Also I don't think we should recommend it's use even if e10s were not implemented and try to get something higher level to be more useful instead.
