These go for AMO and mktplace. In production: - remove CACHE_MACHINE_NO_INVALIDATION - remove DISCOPANE_RECS - remove USE_ELASTIC - add socket_timeout to the redis connection that doesn't have it - why do some redis URLs have &db=0 on them? On dev/stage: - remove IGNORE_NON_CRITICAL_CRONS - remove IMPALA_BROWSE - remove IMPALA_REVIEWS - remove WEBAPPS_RESTRICTED

This is all done. Jeff explained the db=0 stuff. Something about redisutils doing dumb things with the db number.
