This appears to be a Silverlight application is not being served with the proper mime types and which has used the default UnhandledExceptionEventHandler (which is not recommended for shipping applications).

You may consider this to be a Tech Evanglelism/Web Site bug or even Invalid but should we really abort the plugin process for this?
This is no longer reproducible with Silverlight 5.1.10411.0 -> FIXED.
