You'll need to check out part of the mozilla.org repository, where the Thunderbird site is being stored. You can:

svn co https://svn.mozilla.org/projects/mozilla.org/branches/staging/thunderbird/

Please translate the file in the mozilla.org svn repository for the Thunderbird 11 What's New page, that is:

/el/thunderbird/11.0/whatsnew/index.html

The page has changed significantly, so there's mostly new English text and 3 new images. I've tried to copy over the old translated text that has not changed, so you don't have to translate it all from scratch in most cases.

If you want to provide translated images, you can place them in:
https://svn.mozilla.org/projects/mozilla.org/branches/staging/thunderbird/img/tb5/l10n/
The image names should be:
globalsearchtabsontop-el.png
tabsontopwhatsnew-el.png
tabsontopwhatsnew-el.png

Once the images are on the server, the page will automatically update the <img> tags. You do not need to change them.

The page on the staging server is:
http://www-stage.mozilla.org/el/thunderbird/11.0/whatsnew
Committed revision 102778 for el.
I'll try to provide images as well later (perhaps tomorrow).
Is it mandatory to use Windows images?
Never got a reply on this, I guess we can live with non localized images anyway.
Could somebody close this bug so it doesn't appear on the dashboard though?
It's not mandatory to use Windows images, sorry. I meant to ask someone about it and then forgot. The images aren't super high priority, anyway.

Thanks for your work, I'm going to close this bug -- feel free to upload images anyway, they'll be merged into live in the course of my regular site work.
