Litmus test #26 webm video playback fails

Steps to Perform:

1. Opt-in to the WebM beta (unless the beta is over, of course): http://www.youtube.com/html5
2. Check about:config to ensure you <don't> have a "general.useragent.override" preference
3. Try this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r8or0qxb0-k
4. Full-screen the video

Expected:

The video should play smoothly.

Actual:

The video experiences short random freezes during streaming (not a smooth playback).

OS: Win 7 64 bit
Seen on: FF 11 Beta 1, FF 11 Beta 6, FF 11 Beta 8
Note - Issue is not seen on Win 7 32-bit.
