On HTML5 videos if the Highlighter is opened while on normal mode and full screen  mode is entered, after exiting full screen (by pressing on Esc key) the highlighter is not preserved. Also if the Highlighter is opened in Full screen mode, pressing Esc key does not only exits the Highlighter but also full screen.

Reproducible: always

Steps to reproduce
STR 1:
1. Navigate to: http://videos.mozilla.org/firefox4beta/Firefox_4_beta.theora.ogv
2. Right click on the video and from the context menu select Inspect Element.
3. Enter Full Screen mode
3. Exit Full Screen by pressing Esc key

Expected results:
Pressing on Esc key exits from Full Screen and the Highlighter is preserved when entering in normal mode.

Actual:
In step 3 pressing on Esc key should only exit from full screen and not from the Highlighter.
If the Full screen mode is exited by clicking on the full screen button then the Highlighter is preserved.
Also the Page Inspector Toolbar is not displayed in Full Screen.

STR 2:
1. Navigate to: http://videos.mozilla.org/firefox4beta/Firefox_4_beta.theora.ogv
2. Enter Full Screen mode
3. Right click on the video and select Inspect Element
4. Close the Highlighter by pressing on the Esc key.

Expected result:
After step 4 the Highlighter is closed.

Actual results:
Pressing Esc key exits from both Full Screen mode and Highlighter.

This issue is reproducible both on the latest Nightly and on Firefox 11 RC build 2.
