Steps to reproduce:
1. Load yahoo.com
2. Zoom out the page
Expected Result:
Background color should be grey.
Actual Result:
In portrait mode:The background has two different colors grey/white.
In landscape mode: The background is completely white.

This looks like the color layer problem that's been happening on maple for a while. I can't find the existing bug for it though; gw?
