Knowing the device and the Android version would help a lot here. Do we have that information?

There are in App Notes of crash reports:
* Sony Ericsson X10i, Android 2.3.3
* HTC Desire HD A9191, Android 2.3.5
* HTC Desire S, Android 2.3.5
* HTC Incredible S, Android 2.3.3

Interestingly, all these devices have Adreno GPUs.

Interesting, I don't think I've seen this on my Flyer (also Adreno)... The Adreno drivers are very buggy though, we may have to work around this.

ajuma should have more insight, I think. Reassigning, but I'm happy to work on a work-around, so feel free to assign back to me if that's the conclusion.

This crash has not happened on a build newer than March 16th.
