currently right clicking, on a "highlighted" (i.e., href'ed) address
within a message, presents a list of useful options. missing from
these is "add to address book", which would be an extremely useful
option.

cc'ing myself, this feature is IMHO useful and has not been targeted yet.
sspitzer would you be so kind to set a target for it? This conext menu entry is
already there for addresses in the "from" header but not for the body.
