Details
Loading the linked URL seems to make the FPS meter go black. It does start off drawing properly, though.

Assuming this is because of bug 728961. That's three bugs now that depend on 728961; we should get somebody to work on that.

FPS counter? I don't see that anymore? Is there a pref for that or something?

We disabled it by default; you can enable it with the pref layers.acceleration.draw-fps;true
