Steps to reproduce:
Tried to print email via File>Print
Actual results:
Nothing. No error dialog or printed page. Went to Thunderbird Error Console and found the following error message (generated when print is clicked):
An error occured executing the cmd_print command: TypeError: contentWindow is null
chrome://global/content/globalOverlay.js Line 100
Expected results:
Should have printed email in current tab/focus. Printing is normal when Lightning add-on is disabled.

Thunderbird Conversations 2.2.4 may be the culprit after all. I will refile with that app. Sorry.
