738185 - Typing a space while holding down shift on a hardware keyboard can change the characters back to lower case

Device: Motorola Droid 2 (Android 2.3)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to a page with a text field like gmail.com
2. Open the hardware keyboard.
3. Start typing in the text field while holding shift.
4. Type a space and continue typing a few more characters.

Expected results:
While the shift key is pressed all characters typed are uppercase.

Actual results:
The first letter after shift is uppercase and the rest are changed to lowercase.
I was unable to reproduce the issue on the Android Browser in several tries but it was easily reproducible using Nightly.

I can repro this when typing in the AwesomeBar, but not when typing in a web page's text field.
