73828 - Mac, Key bindings missing (ctrl-home/end with or without shift)

Build 2001-03-28-04: Mac 9.04

Overview: In a new message/compose window (as mentioned in bug # 61352) 
Ctrl+Home, Ctrl+Shift+Home and scrolling the page does not work. Also, other 
ways of highlighting text does not work. I've tried using the Command key and 
the Control key.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new message
2. Create many lines so that you need to scroll the page to view extra lines
3. With the cursor at the end of the page select Ctrl+Home
4. With the cursor at the end of the page select Ctrl+Shift+Home
5. Try Ctrl+shift+right arrow or Ctrl+shift+left arrow

Actual Results: The cursor does not move, the page does not move, in fact 
nothing happens.

Expected Results:
- After step #3 I would expect the cursor to appear at the top of the page and 
the page to scroll to the top.
- After step #4 I would expect the current line and all lines up to the first 
line to be highlighted.
- After step#5 no text is highlighted

This bug is specific to the Mac environment.

this is an editor keybinding bug

These aren't valid keybindings on Mac.  Pressing Home should scroll.  There is no 
behavior specified for Command-Home but the UI specs are clear that the Home key 
does NOT move the caret.

Verified Invalid. I'll open another bug after finding and then reviewing the UI 
specs for these type of Navigation concerns.
