738301 - location bar autofill behavior change in 12

I have been using autofill of bookmarks for a long time to visit sites by typing the first couple of letters of the domain name then hitting enter. This is now broken in 12.

To Reproduce:

1. Tools/Options/Privacy/LocationBar set to "Bookmarks"
2. browser.urlbar.autoFill set to "true"
3. browser.urlbar.default.behavior set to "2"
4. Open Bookmarks/Show All Bookmarks dialog
5. Add bookmark: http://komonews.com/weather
6. Type "kom" into the location bar.

Expected: location bar to be autofilled with komonews.com/weather, I could then hit enter and navigate to the bookmark. This is how it worked in versions < 12

Actual result: location bar autofilled with komonews.com, first suggestion in dropdown is http://komonews.com/weather

Note that the problem here is that anything past the root location of site is ignored in the autofill, if the bookmark was just komonews.com it would be fine.

I know this feature has had a lot of comments, but can we please get the one where it picks the most popular URL back as an option? As it is now in FF 12, I have to press the down arrow at least 90% of the time.

the current behavior (in Nightly 14) is almost the one we want, and we want it to complete to the domain and eventually to paths. This is by design, the old behavior had more negatives than positives.
