This bug is specific for windows and is being created due to comments in bug#
61352. In the "Steps to reproduce" section there are two items, A and B. Is it
ok for them to be in the same bug or should they be separated?
Overview: A variety of key bindings are not working in Composer and input fields
such as "Your Name" in the Account Settings dialog.
Steps to reproduce:
A. New Message window not scrolling:
1. Create a new message and add many lines so scrolling is required to see
additional lines.
2. Place the cursor at the end of the page, select Ctrl+Home
3. Place the cursor at the top of the page, selct Ctrl+End
Actual Results:
- After step #2, the cursor moves to the top of the page but the page does not
scroll to the top. I have to manually scroll up to see it.
- After step #3, the cursor moves to the bottom of the page but the page does
not scroll to the bottom. I have to manually scroll down to see it.
B. Key bindings not working in input fields such as "Your Name" in the Account
Settings dialog.
1. Open the Account Settings dialog
2. In the Your Name field type two words (i.e. first and last name)
3. With the cursor at the beginning of the field, select Ctrl+End
4. With the cursor at the end of the field, select Ctrl+Home
5. With the cursor at the end of the field, select Ctrl+Shift+Home
6. With the cursor at the beginning of the field, select Ctrl+Shift End
Actual Results:
- After step #3, nothing happens
- After step #4, nothing happens
- After step #5, nothing happens
- After step #6, nothing happens
Additional Information:
- Windows: Ctrl+Shift+Right Arrow and Ctrl+Shift+Left Arrow highlight the next
word as expected.
- Linux: Steps #3-#6 work as expected.

Is the scrolling issue windows-specific or does Linux also have that problem? If
it's Windows-specific, it can stay in this bug (reopen it). If it's also a
problem on Linux, please file a new bug against all platforms.
I checked the keybinding fix in for today's builds.

Reopening because item "B" is not working, nothing happens.
Note: Item "A" also happens on linux so I'll log a seperate bug on the scrolling
issue.

The keybindings are added; I think the current problem is covered by bug #50255
This bug can be verified by looking in this location:

Reopening to then mark this as a duplicate of bug# 50255.
