after repeated PDU kicks, it's not coming back. please take a look and reimage if necessary

I've got it. Was away all last week, so I'll get to this this week.
Hmmm, board booted fine for me on the first try and it's now running mochitests.
that is it's pattern - I'm slating this board for dev loan or rackmount testing
