+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #733912 +++

For making SeaMonkey 2.9 Beta 1 public, we'll need to update the website.

ETA for this release is Friday March 23rd.

[Archive/download page 2.9b1.en.html is not part of the patch and not pushed yet. Have it locally at home, but can only push it ~7h from now the earliest.]

Attachment: patch with new locales

Now with "uk" and "zh-TW".

FTR, this is how I constructed the new download.jst lines:

* http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html for the names of the languages in the respective languages
* https://gist.github.com/1757071 for converting UTF-8 to JS backslash + u representation (UCS-2 AFAICT), with s/x/00/

[Finding the above took me > 1 hour. :-(]
