Build out the new projects page designed in bug 733862 on bedrock.

Per bug 733862, we have a PSD for this page now: 
http://people.mozilla.com/~smartell/mozorg/mozorg-products.psd

That said, the PSD doesn't built out the entire page...our hope was that it could suggest how things should go without Sean having to place every logo in there, etc. The general idea is that we'll retain the long scroll of the current page, with the subnav across the top acting as anchor links to take you to the particular sections below.

Steven, if you need help getting the assets together from the current page or run into any other visual design issues, please let us know. We can definitely help as needed.
