User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:11.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/11.0 Build ID: 20120312181643 Steps to reproduce: As I've always done, I tried to print an email (full or selection) from a Yahoo email account. Actual results: A blank page prints. (This seems to have just started to occur since updating to the lastest version of Firefox which is 11.) Expected results: The email should have printed. Note: Tested in other browsers to make sure it wasn't a Yahoo problem specifically and the emails all printed fine in other browsers. This problem also occurs on a desktop and a laptop which have Firefox 11 on them.
Also, meant to state that the problem occurs with Yahoo Mail Classic and the most current version of Yahoo Mail.
It happens even if you don't choose print selection? I know there is an open bug on print selection printing a blank page.... Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode How about with a new, empty profile? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic%20Troubleshooting#w_8-make-a-new-profile
