This came up in security review, we will have a manual list of users allowed to use a Autoland BMO extension that was created in bug 726193 and this group of users should not get enabled for browserid in the coming integration as these accounts will require specific security contraints.

I have created the autoland group in BMO and made lsblakk the admin for the group for now. I made it a secure group as well so when people who are in the group submit a forgotten password request, it will be encrypted if they have uploaded a key. Also I have added the new group to the no-browser-id group so that it will not allow BrowserID login. dkl
