Details

Can composer be modularized to the point where it can be selected/deselected at
install time? I have never used anything but a text editor for an HTML editor,
and wouldn't mind saving the bandwidth (during Net Install) and disk space
composer is consuming.
Composer is required for text felds, url bar and any other item that requires 
user interaction.

As for selecting to not install composer (which will basically remove the UI 
menu selections) is another previously submitted bug (bug 29838)
