Steps to reproduce:

pdf.js is currently being blocked by noscript addon, and requires allowing scripts to run on every website to correctly run.
this was first reported on the noscript development forum, but after a short discussion, it seems the problem is with the way pdf.js injects javascript code into the webpage, and is a bug (a security bug, to some extent) of the pdf.js implementation.
