on firefox 12b2 with hebrew dictionary addon 1.2.0.1, the hebrew spell
checker highlights all words with latin characters as errors.
note that when using the english dictionary, hebrew words are ignored.
i would expect a similar behaviour when using the hebrew dictionary.

I can confirm that this issue happens in Aurora on Linux as well.
For a reference, here are the relevant dictionaries:
