Fennec/14.0a1 2012-03-28 Device: Motorola Droid 2 (Android 2.3) Steps to reproduce: 1. Create a sync profile on a PC ( Firefox 11). 2. Add Nightly on a device. 3. Setup sync for the device to the PC. 4. After sync setup completes go in Settings-> Accounts and do a manual sync. 5. Wait for the sync to complete. 6. Return to nightly and check that all bookmarks are synced. Expected results: All bookmarks are synced. Actual results: Some bookmarks are not synced. I was unable to establish a pattern. Both new and old bookmarks are missing. The issue was reproduced also on Google Nexus S( Android 2.3.6) using a different profiles. For both profiles sync has been done previously and mobile bookmarks, previously synced ( a few days ago), do not appear now on the device. Newly created bookmarks on the device sync to the PC.

Bug 731024 isn't finished yet, so the primary set of errors in that log are from that: handling of separators will cause the sync to abort. I will dupe this bug back. I don't know why you're getting multiple syncs in parallel, with the first one getting killed, but there's not much we can do about that.
