Details
It would be great to be able to import and export scratchpad code from services like github (gist) or pastbin. Services could be added with addons.

Do you think we need want/need UI for this feature or an an extension of the GCLI scratchpad command would be enough?
Regardless, being able to do this from the GCLI would be awesome!

Advantages of doing it in GCLI:
- should be quick to implement
- we can 'test things out' without significant UI impact
There's nothing to stop us seeing how well the idea flies, and creating a UI in a second step.
