Some alerts in the Account manager (mailnews/base/prefs/content/*.js) have some random title (window caption), some have null. I propose cleaning it up so that there is some system to it. The title could be: Account Settings: [<optional existing title>] Bug 725615 may reuse the captions if it ever gets implemented.
